ABOUT ME

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). This license is issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences of the State of California. My license number is MFC 38971. I am also a State Licensed continuing education provider no. PCE4469.

Formal training began with Graduate school at John F. Kennedy University, from which I earned a MA degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. I have taken additional training in: Expressive Arts Therapy (EAT), using visual expression, sound/music and movement, earned a Certificate in Sound Voice & Music Healing from California Institute of Integral Studies, Psycho-Physical Therapy somatic training with Bill Bowen. I have extensively studied the applications of voice and sound as applied to psychotherapy. I have also trained in applied sonic driven meditation and eco-psychology. I supervise MFT Interns, who are working toward earning their California licenses, both individually and in group supervision.

I am a lifelong artist and hold a BFA degree from California College of the Arts. I offer classes, workshops and professional trainings combining the arts and psychotherapy.
